JobHub is a construction management platform that provides tools for managing jobs, notes, scheduling, materials, media, and related workflows for contractors and teams. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobHub.
By accessing or using JobHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, including your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and to update such information as necessary.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security. JobHub is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use JobHub only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- Use the service to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
JobHub allows users to create, upload, and store content including notes, job data, documents, photos, videos, and other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by using the service, you grant JobHub a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content.
User data, including uploaded media, is stored using third-party infrastructure providers. While we take reasonable and commercially standard measures to protect data, we do not guarantee that data will be secure, error-free, or immune from loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. JobHub is not liable for any loss of data, whether due to system failure, user error, or any other cause.
Certain features of JobHub require a paid subscription. JobHub may offer a free trial period, after which billing will begin automatically unless canceled prior to the end of the trial.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment details.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but does not entitle you to refunds for prior payments unless required by law.
We strive to maintain reliable access to JobHub; however, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control.
JobHub is a management and organizational tool only. It does not replace professional judgment, safety practices, inspections, or compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, or laws.
You are solely responsible for all decisions made in the field, including construction, safety, and operational practices. Use of JobHub is at your own risk.
JobHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or operational errors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Upon termination, your access to the service may be revoked and your data may be deleted in accordance with our policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of JobHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
